The study has demonstrated a decrease of nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, an increase of the nucleolar area, enlargement and lengthening of mitochondria, an increase of the number of membrane-bound ribosomes and of the length of rough endoplasmic reticulum cisterns, an increase in the number and size of lysosomes and the relative area they occupy in the sections of cell cytoplasm.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>С использованием электронно-микроскопического и гистохимического методов исследования проведена количественная оценка развития органелл клеток Пуркинье мозжечка у беспородных крыс (n=36) в постнатальный период онтогенеза (2-, 7-, 15-, 45-е сутки). Обнаружено уменьшение ядерно-цитоплазматического отношения, увеличение площади ядрышка, возрастание размеров и удлинение митохондрий, количества связанных c мембранами рибосом и длины канальцев гранулярной эндоплазматической сети, увеличение количества и размеров лизосом и относительной площади, занимаемой ими на срезах цитоплазмы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cerebellum</kwd><kwd>Purkinje cell</kwd><kwd>ultrastructure</kwd><kwd>morphometry</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мозжечок</kwd><kwd>клетка Пуркинье</kwd><kwd>ультраструктура</kwd><kwd>морфометрия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Будко К.
