The degree of displacement was found to depend on the side of intervention.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На основании количественного анализа компьютерных томограмм 17 пациентов через 6 мес после левосторонней (12) и правосторонней (5) пневмонэктомии показано, что: а) переднее и заднее средостение смещается в сторону удаленного легкого: вправо - на 44 и 41 мм, влево - на 62 и 31 мм соответственно; б) изменение пространственного положения сердца после пневмонэктомии заключается в его смещении в поперечном, переднезаднем направлении, а также в его вращении; в) изменение положения органов и кровеносных сосудов средостения после пневмонэктомии заключается в смещении в сторону операции и кзади.
