The dynamics of the of the number and topography of CD68 +- and CD163 +-cells in liver, lung and kidneys was characterized during 120 days after the intravenous injection of the suspension of modified NMPs. It was shown that NMPs surface modification reduced the degree and duration of macrophage activation. Signs of MNPs activation after the infusion of nanomaterial decreased in the following series: unmodified NMPs, magnetoliposomes, magnetic microspheres</p>
Признаки активации МНФ на фоне введения наноматериала убывают в ряду: немодифицированные НЧМ, магнитолипосомы, магнитные микросферы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>macrophages</kwd><kwd>CD68 - and CD163 cells</kwd><kwd>magnetite nanoparticles</kwd><kwd>magnetoliposomes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>макрофаги</kwd><kwd>CD68 -и CD163 -клетки</kwd><kwd>наноразмерные частицы магнетита</kwd><kwd>магнитолипосомы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Карр Я.
