Increased iron content was found in the white matter and in Purkinje cells. In 10 out of 15 cases examined iron was detected in the nuclei of Purkinje cells, while in some cases iron was found in the nucleolus.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследовано распределение ионов железа в мозжечке людей (n=15) в возрасте 20-89 лет с помощью высокочувствительного варианта гистохимического метода Перлса. Повышенное содержание железа выявлено в белом веществе и клетках Пуркинье. В 10 из 15 исследованных случаев железо было обнаружено в ядрах клеток Пуркинье, причём в некоторых случаях железо наблюдалось в ядрышке.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cerebellum</kwd><kwd>Purkinje cells</kwd><kwd>cell nucleus</kwd><kwd>nucleolus</kwd><kwd>iron</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мозжечок</kwd><kwd>клетки Пуркинье</kwd><kwd>ядро клетки</kwd><kwd>ядрышко</kwd><kwd>железо</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Сухорукова Е.
