Their application by different authors is considered taking into account the history of the research of the osteocyte role in bone matrix metabolism (synthesis and resorption). Currently, there arose an urgent need for the quantitative assessment of osteocyte remodeling by combining routine histological methods of the osseous tissue study with the possibilities of modern image analysis systems.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На основании собственных данных и анализа литературы выделены морфологические маркеры резорбционной и синтетической фаз остеоцитарного ремоделирования в физиологических условиях. Их использование различными авторами рассмотрено с учетом истории исследования роли остеоцитов в обмене (синтез и резорбция) окружающего матрикса.
