TRPV1immunoreactive neurons differed in their morphometric characteristics: positive neurons had very small and small sizes, negative cells had the small, medium and large sizes. Capsaicin treatment of newborn rats was shown to change age dynamics of TRPV1-positive neurons resulting in the reduction of the average cell cross-sectional area and cell numbers during the whole period of observation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Морфологические особенности TRPV1-иммунореактивных нейронов изучали в чувствительном узле грудного спинномозгового нерва у крыс 10-, 20-, 30-, 60-и 90-суточного возраста в норме и при химической деафферентации путем подкожного введения капсаицина на 2-е сутки после рождения в дозе 100 мг/кг. TRPV1-иммунореактивные нейроны различались по своим морфометрическим характеристикам: позитивные - имели очень малые и малые размеры, негативные - малые, средние и крупные размеры.
