A step by step description of the algorithm is presented. The suggested algorithm may be used for the solution of the various tasks of the analysis of the organization of interneuronal connections.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования состояла в разработке алгоритма наложения ретинотопической карты зрительной области PMLS (заднемедиальная область латеральной супрасильвиевой борозды) на трехмерную модель фронтальных срезов мозга. Представлено описание этапов метода наложения.
